Engagement announcement form

The Criterion publishes wedding announcements each February and July. Announcements are run for a) couples who are planning to be wed in a marriage that is recognized as valid by the Catholic Church, and b) couples who were wed in a marriage recognized as valid by the Catholic Church within the last six months but did not publish an engagement announcement in The Criterion.
Submissions may be made by filling out the online form below. If you prefer to fill out a paper form to mail in, call our executive assistant at 317-236-1585, or 800-382-9836, ext. 1585.
An engagement or wedding photo can be submitted by e-mail to [email protected]. Digital photos must be clear, high resolution images with the couple close together. Photos can also be mailed to Ann Lewis, 1400 N. Meridian St., Indianapolis, IN 46202. To receive the photo back, include a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Due to print quality, Xerox copies of photos will not be accepted.
